To initiate a warranty claim, kindly follow the process outlined below. After emailing the necessary warranty details (as specified below), please allow 1-2 business days for our dedicated team to respond and guide you through the resolution process.

We are committed to replacing any manufacturing or workmanship defects found in various components such as fabric, zippers, seams, buckles, metal, and construction across our product range at no additional cost.

While our warranty covers a broad range of issues, there are specific exclusions, including:

  1. Sun damage: prolonged exposure to direct sunlight is discouraged, as it may result in discoloration and potential tearing of the hammock material.
  2. Accidental damage: instances such as burns or damage caused by animals are not covered under the warranty.
  3. Improper care or use: please refrain from using straps around sharp objects, such as bricks, to prevent damage.
  4. Normal wear and tear: the warranty does not extend to issues considered typical wear and tear.
